Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, Please contact, Pretty Penny Salon as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your security deposit is non-refundable, *if you paid for one upon booking. However if you are rescheduling your original appointment, then your security deposit will be added to your total service amount upon the day of your new appointment time. Pretty Penny Salon understands that there may be unfortunate events or emergencies that may happen to cause you to cancel or reschedule. We will take these events into consideration for your security deposit, as an individual case by case basis. Thank you for understanding.
